The Medinar River flows from the Kolyvan Mountains to the Devrasamudra Sea, joining with the Irmak River northwest of Devrapatnam. It is the southern border of Amaranth, with the wilds of the Vildaranesa to the south and east of it.
It is navigable for the vast majority of its length but because of the unsettled nature of the Vildaranesa, it is rarely used for commerce.
